Head chef of ''Koriander'' is Jan Gaastra.〔〔〔〔 Restaurant ''Koriander'' was originally located in Bergum. In January 2000, the restaurant moved to Drachten. In 1996, chef Gaastra called in the fire department because of a strong gas smell.
